The Aeromat Wobble Board is an adjustable height balance board, featuring a circular deck and attachable cap for quick height adjustments from 1.5 to 2.5 in. Unlike a Rocker Board that only allows front to back movement (or side to side depending on which way you use it), a wobble board allows 360 degree rotation and angle for limitless movement and balance options. 17" diameter. Large enough to sit on or use in kneeling. Easy to stand on when at the 1 ½" height, but can be quite challenging to stand on at 3 ½", so use that height for sitting.
