2. Participants will learn how to implement role playing activities and video modeling related to Module 4: Food Service and Module 5: Grocery work-focused situations;
3. Participants will learn how to consistently and effectively track a variety of hands-on, pre-vocational food service and grocery activities paired with reflection..
