How To Use It: Calm Strips Breathing will stick to almost any smooth, flat surface. Try them on your; desk, phone case, laptop, water bottle, bed frame…the ideas are endless! Once adhered use the Calm Strips Breathing to help with self regulation:
To use the rainbow shaped designs (Follow Your Heart & Be Present): Slowly trace your finger along each color of the rainbow, slowly inhaling and exhaling and focusing on your breathing.
To use Inhale & Exhale: Trace your finger across "inhale" while breathing in for 4 seconds, move your finger down on "hold" while holding your breath for 4 seconds, slowly breathe out while moving your finger across "exhale" for 4 seconds, "hold" your breath moving your finger up for 4 seconds, repeat these steps again as needed.
To use Just Breath: Slowly trace your finger around the infinity symbol. Inhale slowly at "breathe" for 4-6 seconds, hold your breath at "hold" for 4-6 seconds, then exhale at "breathe" for 4-6 secs.
