Kristi has worked as an Occupational Therapist for 29 years specializing in pediatrics for most of that time. She received her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Colorado State University in 1988 and her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture from The Rhode Island School of Design in 2006. She did her NDT Training (Neuro-Developmental Training) in 1999 and received her SIPT Certification (Sensory Integration and Praxis Certification) in 2002. Kristi’s occupational therapy experience spans a broad range of sites and specialty areas including hospital, homecare, clinic, school and community settings. Together with her sister, Kristi started Sommerfly, a sensory-based therapeutic product company in 2005. She is dedicated to delivering high-quality life improvement products and services to help people of all ages.
