Payment Methods We accept payment by MASTERCARD, VISA, AMEX AND DISCOVER. Credit terms are available for Public and U.S. Government agencies/institutions and others with previous credit approval. A credit application can be faxed or e-mailed upon request.
Damages and Shortages in Shipping Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your shipment arrives damaged or with items missing, please contact us via e-mail so that we can correct the situation.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Methods INTERNATIONAL (INCLUDING CANADA)
Please note that we have a $25 minimum for international orders, excluding shipping.
We determine freight for international orders by dimensional weight which is calculated by size, shape and weight of the items ordered.
Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery of international orders.
To place an order with an international shipping address:
Proceed through the ordering process.
Once our customer service representatives receive your order a shipping quote will be calculated.
Our customer service representatives will contact you via email with the total cost including shipping.
No charges will be placed on your card until you agree to the final cost.
You will have 7 days to accept the total cost.
Once approval is received, your card will be charged for the calculated amount.
If we do not receive a response in 7 days your order will be canceled.
