What's In The Box?
1, 6.9 oz. can of sensory gel
How To Use It:
Shake the can well
Tilt the can so that the white spray nozzle is facing downward.
Depress the flat part of the nozzle to release the desired amount of gel.
Table Top: Great for group settings and first time users. Spray the desired amount of Happy Senso on a table. Users can touch and press with their fingers or their whole hand depending on their preference. This approach gives users full control of the experience.
Hands: Spray Happy Senso in the palms of the hands, different movements will provide different sensory experiences. Pro tip- the upside of the arm feels less intense than the inside of the hand, if the experience is too intense on the hand start with the arm. Try these hand activities:
Simply spray Happy Senso on 1 hand. This will have a cooling effect and is a very low intensity activity.
Spray Happy Senso on the palm of one hand and gently press both hands together. Users will hear and feel the Happy Senso gel popping and fizzing.
Spray Happy Senso on the palm of one hand and slowly rub the hands together. Rubbing will increase the intensity of the crackling and popping.
Spray Happy Senso on the palm of one hand and make a fist. The intensity of the crackling and popping will increase as the gel starts to melt and flow through the hands. For an even greater experience hold the fist near the ear as you squeeze!
Vertical Mirror: Working at a vertical surface is a good way to get ready for handwriting! Holding the Happy Senso Can on an angle, spray the desired amount on the mirror. Press into the gel and feel what happens. Try drawing letters, shapes, or pre writing strokes!
Feet: The bottoms of the feet are especially sensitive to sensory experiences! Try spraying the Happy Senso on the ground (on an even surface) and pressing the bare sole onto the multisensory gel. Beware of slippery floors. Try applying some Happy Senso on the hand and massaging the feet with it. For a balance activity with a sensory twist, spray a line of Happy Senso on the ground and walk along it! Pro Tip if the bottoms of the feet are too sensitive, start by using the leg or knee to squish the Happy Senso Gel or try crawling through small piles of gel!
The Happy Handshake: Spray a bit of Happy Senso in the middle of the palm of your hand and then shake a friend's hand! Pro tip this experience can be intense and shouldn’t be done as an introductory exercise
The Happy Circle: Participants sit in a circle. Spray a small amount of Happy Senso Gel onto participants' right hand and have each gently spread the gel in the palm of their own hand. Participants then give their neighbors a hand so that they form a circle together. One person starts the exercise by lightly squeezing the hand of the left neighbor and passes on the squeeze in the direction of the clock to his / her neighbor.
