Therapro's Saturday Seminar Series

We have several news items regarding our Seminars we would like to share with you.

Let's Eat... again: At our Saturday Seminar on February 11th, Kerry Pearl, MS, CCC-SLP, of Boston Children's Hospital presented Interventions for Toddlers and School-Age Children with Feeding Difficulties. We apologize that we were unable to include Kerry's PowerPoint slides for your reference until now.

Transitions: Tee Stock, MS, OTR/L, MBA presented an important and comprehensive seminar on March 4th at Therapro headquarters in Framingham, MA. Her presentation on Post-Secondary Transition Planning provided information on the history and on the process of transition planning for students with disabilities, including the role of the occupational therapist. Yoga: An Introduction to Yoga and Mindfulness in the Classroom: Tools to Improve Self-Regulation, Learning and Classroom Climate will be the April 8th Therapro Saturday Seminar with Meg Durkin, MS, E-RYT, RCYT. Meg is a Yoga 4 Classrooms and ChildLight Yoga Trainer and founder of Yoga Magic 4 Kids. She believes that by promoting stress reduction, nutrition, movement and mindfulness at a young age, a foundation is established for success at home, school and in life.
