Description: My Motor Mat Graphics are designed to be efficiently and quickly arranged in various motor sequences to enhance best practices in motor learning. Use the colorful, durable, reusable graphics to easily customize a motor sequence that targets academic, vestibular, proprioceptive, and/or praxis skills. The My Motor Mat Graphics give therapists the flexibility to create movement opportunities that can be specifically tailored to the individual needs of each child and bridge academic learning with motor activities, keeping kids engaged in the learning process.
How To Use It: My Motor Mats are an occupational and physical therapy tool and not a toy, children should not use this product without supervision.
Peel your graphics off of the sticker sheet and place with graphic side up onto the My Motor Mats mat (sold separately). The graphics are meant to correspond to a particular type of movement. The graphics and movement consist of the following:
Crab – Crab walk/Proprioception & Motor Planning
Tornado – Spin/Vestibular
Frog – Frog Leap/Proprioception
Feet – Directionality/Motor Planning
Balance Beam – Balance/Vestibular
Jump & Arrows – Jumping/Proprioception
Use the reusable graphics to create varied sensory paths tailored to the students/child’s needs. When you are done the graphics can be peeled off the My Motor Mats mat (sold separately) and placed back on your sticker sheet. Graphics can be cleaned with warm soapy damp cloth and dried before placing back on your graphics sheet
