After years of working as a Developmental Optometrist, the author presents in this book all the methods of treatment, besides vision therapy, that helped make her patients VERY successful in life activities. Following her vision therapy sessions with patients she began to build the their visualization skills. This was so effective that she developed her See It. Say It. Do It! model which is to Visualize, Declare and to Take Action.
The book is made up of 4 Parts. Each section includes loads of great Activities to support its specific theme.
Part 1: Explores what visualization is and how it develops
