Feeling crunched for time? Mindfulness researchers say when you don’t have a minute you take five. For when we are rushed, we move into a reactive state rather than a responsive state. Mindful Moment cards are the perfect remedy. Divided into the five Yoga Calm Principles (Stillness, Listening, Strength, Grounding, and Community) these short guided relaxations are a perfect 1-3 minute break in the day. Plan ahead and choose five cards that you think would be great for your group of students or individual child/teen and have them draw a card to read for relaxation.
