HandiWeight is a weighted pouch that helps increase kinesthetic awareness during fine motor or self help activities, and can also be used for strengthening exercises. It is a weighted pouch that rests on the back of the hand and is fingerless. This uniquely designed weight is held in place by four finger loops that fit at the base of each finger, one thumb loop, and a Velcro closure strap around the wrist. This allows for maximum finger flexibility and wrist mobility. Constructed of durable, stretch cotton Lycra and (lead free) steel shot. Hand washing and air-drying is recommended. So comfortable! For sizing, measure width at knuckles.
