A fun and easy-to-follow program developed to help students become more active. Research shows that students who are more active, do better in school. The goal of the program is simple: get students to walk 100 miles and lift 10,000 pounds in a year. To help you help them, this comprehensive, yet easy to implement motivational program contains a "how-to" Manual. The Chart assists in keeping record of 12 students' progress in walking and lifting and is a great visual tool to view progress. The self-standing Flip Book provides a large picture of each activity from the Courageous Pacers Chart on a single 8-1/2" x 11" card stock page that can be shown to students when introducing an activity. When the leader flips the page to show a new activity, the instructions for that activity are shown on the page facing the leader.
